Business Intelligence Analyst

We're seeking a talented and driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in transforming raw data into actionable insights, empowering our sales and leadership teams to make data-driven decisions. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust business intelligence solutions, leveraging Snowflake, SQL, and Tableau to create impactful reports and dashboards. You'll also play a critical role in ensuring seamless data integration with our CRM systems, primarily Salesforce, to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in1 a Business Intelligence or Data Analyst role.

Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience working with large datasets and complex queries.

Expertise in Tableau, with the ability to create visually appealing and interactive dashboards.

Hands-on experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehouses.

Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and data integration.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work2 independently and as part of a team.3

Experience with ETL processes.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Python or other scripting languages.

Salesforce certifications.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:
-
Design and develop insightful reports and dashboards using Tableau to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.

Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all BI solutions.

Data Warehousing & SQL:
-
Utilize Snowflake as our primary data warehouse, writing complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data.

Optimize data models and SQL queries for performance and efficiency.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the data warehouse.

CRM Integration (Salesforce):
-
Develop and maintain data integrations between Snowflake and Salesforce (or other CRM systems).

Create reports and dashboards within Salesforce, leveraging imported data for sales analysis and reporting.

Work closely with sales operations to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.

Collaboration & Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions.

Communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Provide training and support to end-users on how to utilize BI tools and reports.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and reporting efficiency.
