Need materials? Call the PM. Need approval? Call the office. Need a different card? Call someone again. The crew is ready to work, but the process keeps getting in the way.
You spend too much time proving you did your job.
Take the photo. Save the receipt. Text the PM. Answer accounting's questions. Explain the charge again next month. The work takes ten minutes. The paperwork takes the rest of the day.
